Jamie ADKINS, an American artist living in Canada, is renowned as one of the finest clowns, jugglers and acrobats of his generation.
Jamie was 13 when he was fascinated by a street show. From that moment on, his desire was to make passers-by (and the public) laugh. He went on to become a clown, acrobat, juggler and tightrope walker. Having honed his multiple talents with famous circuses such as Le Soleil and Eloize, Jamie now takes his sensitive, lunar, poetic persona to stages the world over.
Jamie first presented his show CIRCUS INCOGNITUS in Paris in 2012. Since then, he has continued to delight audiences in a wide variety of theaters, often in France and elsewhere. The Théâtre des Bouffes Parisiens in 2015, then the Théâtre de l’Atelier in 2019, offered Parisian audiences and young children the chance to laugh with him again.
